Single Form

1) Single Form Layout: The Single Form Layout provides a structured interface for users to initiate a WhatsApp chat with an agent. This layout includes fields for user input, an agent’s profile display, and customizable settings to enhance user experience.

2) WhatsApp Number: Set the WhatsApp number where messages will be sent.

3) TimeZone: Select the appropriate timezone for accurate scheduling and availability settings.

4) Availability: Define available days and time slots when the agent is online.

5) Agent Photo: Upload an image to personalize the chat experience.

6) Agent Name: Display the name of the chat agent.

7) Subtitle: Show a short description (e.g., “Typically replies within a day”).

8) Bubble Header Content Position: Configure the positioning of the chat header content.

9) GDPR Compliance: Enable GDPR compliance settings as needed.

10) Agent Name Placeholder Text: Customize the placeholder text for the “Name” input field (default: “Your name?”).

11) Agent Message Placeholder Text: Customize the placeholder text for the message field (default: “Message”).

12) Icon for Send Message Button:

  • Click “Add Icon” to add an icon.
  • Click “Remove Icon” to remove the existing icon.

14) Send Message Button Label: Customize the text for the send message button (e.g., “Send a message”).

15) Message Template: The message template allows dynamic placeholders to personalize the chat message before sending it. Available placeholders:

  • {name} – User’s entered name
  • {message} – User’s message
  • {date} – Current date
