Single Agent

1) Single Agent Layout: The Single Agent Layout is designed for direct interaction with a specific agent. This layout displays the agent’s details and provides an instant way for users to start a chat on WhatsApp.

2) Type of WhatsApp: Choose whether the WhatsApp button should link to an individual WhatsApp number or a group.

Available Options:

  • Number – Connects users directly to a specific WhatsApp number.
  • Group – Links users to a WhatsApp group.

3) Number or Group: Set the WhatsApp number (including the country code) where customers can send messages or enter the WhatsApp Group invite link.

4) Timezone: Select the appropriate timezone for accurate scheduling and availability settings.

5) Availability: Specify the available days and time slots for the agent.

6) Agent Photo: Upload an image to personalize the chat interface.

7) Agent Name: Display the name of the chat agent.

8) Subtitle: Show a short description (e.g., “Typically replies within a day”).

9) Bubble Header Content Position: Configure the positioning of the chat header content.

10) GDPR Compliance:

  • Enable this option to show a GDPR compliance message before starting the chat.
  • Disable it if GDPR compliance is not required.

11) Current Time: Display the agent’s local time for user reference.

12) Message From Agent: A customizable welcome message that appears before the chat button.

13) Icon for Send Message Button: Choose an icon for the send button or remove it if not needed.

14) Send Message Button Label: Customize the button text (default: “Send a message”).

14) Loading Text: Change the loading text on submit button click.
