
(1) Default Video Poster: Defines an image displayed while the video is loading or until the user presses play. If not specified, the first frame of the video will be shown by default.
(2) Upload Default Video (MP4)*: Upload the initial video to be used as the greeting video. This is a required field for the greet bubble to function on your website.
(3) Include Buttons: Adding a button enables various functionalities, such as displaying another video, linking to an external page, or showing a different contact form when clicked.
(3.1) Another Video: This option allows you to add a new video that plays when the button is clicked. Below, we explain how all the settings work if you choose to use this feature.

(I) Button Text: Enter the text for the button here. Leave it blank if you don’t want the button text to be displayed. In this case you have to choose a button.
(II) Button Icon: Choose an icon to display on the button.
(III) Button Behavior:
Select an action to trigger when the button is clicked:
- Another Video
- External Link
- Contact Form
(IV) Button Icon: Since “Another Video” is selected, you must upload a new video that will play when this button is clicked.
(3.2) External Link: This option enables you to add a URL that redirects users when the button is clicked. You can link to a page or post on your site or use an external source.

(IV) Add Button Link: Click “Add Link” to enter a URL for an external link or search for an existing page/post on your site and select the one you want to use.
(3.3) Contact Form – Web3Forms: This feature allows you to add a contact form with three different layout options, triggered by a button click. With Web3Forms, you can easily integrate a contact form using the Web3Forms API.

(IV) Form Title: Add the form title to show before the form fields.
(V) Form Type: Pick the form type you want to use Web3Forms || Shortcode || WhatsApp
(VI) Form Subject: Set text for email subject.
(VII) Name Placeholder: Placeholder text for the name field.
(VII) Email Placeholder: Placeholder text for the email field.
(IX) Phone Placeholder: Placeholder text for the phone field.
(X) Message Placeholder: Placeholder text for the message field.
(XI) Button Text: Set text for the button.
(XII) Loading Message Text: Set text for loading message.
(XIII) Success Message Text: Set text for success message.
(XIV) Error Message Text: Set text for the error message.
(XIV) Access Key: Set access key from WEB3Forms.
(3.3) Contact Form – Shortcode: By Selecting Shortcode Feature you will able to add shortcode from any third-party wordpress forms plugin such as contact form 7, gravity form, fluent form, etc.

(VI) Shortcode: Insert a shortcode from your preferred third-party contact form plugin.
(3.3) Contact Form – WhatsApp: Enable the WhatsApp feature to add a seamless contact form, allowing website visitors to reach you directly via WhatsApp. Users can enter their name and message, and upon clicking the send button, they will be redirected to WhatsApp (app, web, or software) with their details pre-filled, ready for sending.

(I), (II), (II), (IV), (V) these options work as above.
(VI) Number: Enter your WhatsApp number, including the country code, to receive messages from users through the Greet Bubble WhatsApp form.
(VII) Name Placeholder: Placeholder text for use in the name field.
(VIII) Message Placeholder: Placeholder text for use in the message field.
(IX) Button Text: Submit button text.
(X) Loading Text: Form submission loading text.
(XI) Message Template: This field defines the format of the message you will receive. You can include dynamic variables along with your custom text.
Available Variables:
{currentURL} – The exact page URL from which the form was submitted.
{name} – The name entered by the user.
{message} – The message text submitted by the user.
{date} – The date the form was submitted.
{siteURL} – The website URL where the form was submitted. Useful when using the same number across multiple sites.
